Throughout my career, I have been responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the training solutions for a variety of users from a claims force of 60,000 to sales agents across multiple international locations. My experience includes designing technical and sales curricula and developing training videos, eLearning, in-person and virtual training classes, user guides, and job aids. 

 

As a Learning and Development Manager, I have empowered trainers through professional development workshops and individual coaching to design impactful learning programs.
