Audience: new supervisors or mentors at a call-center.

Responsibilities: instructional design, visual design, eLearning development.

Tools Used: Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Synthesia, ChatGPT (for the video script), Google Docs and Slides, Microsoft Visio, and Freepik.

Process

Action Map
With the input from a Subject Matter Expert, an action map was drafted in Microsoft Visio to identify the actions (or objectives) needed from the users following the eLearning and the information required to complete those actions. This map was shared with leadership to confirm that our goals and objectives were aligned.

Storyboard
Technical storyboards were created in Google Docs to layout the text, images, and programming notes of each eLearning option. While I developed these modules, these storyboards could have been delivered to a separate development team. For the video, ChatGPT was used to write a more polished script from my outline.

Mock-up
A mock-up of the scenario-based eLearning was created in Microsoft PowerPoint using images from Freepik to provide leadership with a visual representation of the end product.

Build

The final products were developed in Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, and Synthesia.
